Proviisor saab tunnustatud vabariigi aastapäeva eel president Alar Karise jagatava riikliku teenetemärgiga

President Alar Karis tunnustab tänavu vabariigi aastapäeva eel riikliku teenetemärgiga 167 inimest. Teenetemärkidega tänab president inimesi, kelle töö ja tegevus on aidanud muuta Eestit paremaks, kaitstumaks, sõbralikumaks ja hoolivamaks.
Sel aastal saab Eesti Punase Risti IV klass teenetemärgi proviisor Külli Teder.
Külli Teder juhib Tõnismäe Südameapteeki. Tegemist on vana ja traditsioonidega apteegiga, mis on avatud igapäevaselt 24h. Külli juhtimisel pälvis apteek 2021. aastal apteegiteenuse kvaliteedijuhise Oskari, millega tunnustatakse parimaid apteeke Eestis.
Külli on juba aastaid õppejõuks farmaatsia- ja proviisoriõppe tudengitele Tallinna Tervishoiu Kõrgkoolis ja Tartu Ülikoolis. Tema panus on eeskätt igapäevase apteegitöö tutvustamine ja õpetamine tudengitele.
Tõnismäe apteek on olnud aastaid tugev apteekrite järelkasvubaas, andes sisuka ja laiapõhjalise erialapraktika kogemuse nii Tartu Ülikooli kui Tallinna Tervishoiu Kõrgkooli tudengitele. Tänu sisukale väljaõppele on suur osa tudengitest jätkanud Südameapteegi kollektiivis apteekrina.
Sel aastal on Külli ja Tõnismäe apteek aktiivselt aidanud Ukraina põgenikke sisuliselt esimesest sõjapäevast alates. Tõnismäe apteek oli esimene Eestis, kust põgenikud said tasuta retseptiravimeid. Tegemist oli ja on apteegi ja Tallinna linnavalitsuse koostööga, kus abivajajad said retsepti esitamisel tasuta ravimi ka siis, kui neil veel ei olnud ravikindlustust ja ka raha ravimite soetamiseks. Põgenike tervisemurede lahendamine moodustas mingil hetkel väga suure osa apteegi tööst, sest nad olid ainsaks apteegiks Tallinnas, kes sellist teenust pakkusid. Riigi poolt välja pakutud lahendused valmisid mõnevõrra hiljem ning seega oli igapäevaselt vaja lahendada paljude erinevate tervisehädadega Eestisse jõudnud inimeste probleeme. Lisaks osales apteek ka tasuta ravimite jagamise projektis, kus ravimitootja annetas insuliine põgenikele jagamiseks.
Külli on valdkonna tugev eestkõneleja nii konverentsidel kui erialavaldkonna artiklite kirjutajana, samuti on ta alates sellest sügisest apteegiteenuse kvaliteedijuhise töögrupi juht. Ta panustab aktiivselt mitmetes apteegiteenuse kvaliteeti tõstvates töögruppides (nt ravimite valmistamine, ravimite kasutamise hindamine jpm.)
Külli on panustanud ka apteekrite ravimite alase nõustamise pädevuse tõstmisel, olles E-proviisori rakenduse loomise juures üks olulistest kaasamõtlejaid ning ta vastutab selle kvaliteedi ja toimimise eest tänaseni.
Ettepaneku Külli esitamiseks teenetemärgi saamiseks tegi Eesti Proviisorapteekide Liit koos Eesti Farmaatsia Seltsi, Eesti Akadeemiline Farmaatsia Seltsi, Tartu Ülikooli farmaatsia instituudi, Tallinna Tervishoiu Kõrgkooli ja Tallinna linnaga.
