Apteegiteenuse kvaliteedijuhise töörühm kutsub taas apteeke osalema “Apteegiteenuse kvaliteedijuhise” põhisele enesehindamisel, mis aitab hinnata Eestis pakutava apteegiteenuse sisu, kvaliteeti ja arengut. Süstemaatiline “Apteegiteenuse kvaliteedijuhise” põhimõtete järgimine on üks käepärastest võimalustest apteegiteenuse kvaliteedi ühtlustamiseks Eestis.
Enesehindamisel osalemine annab apteekidele võimaluse vaadata üle oma tööprotsessid ja -võtted ning leida üles nii need aspektid, milles ollakse väga head, kui ka need, mis vajaksid täiustamist. Oluline on ka see, et kvaliteedijuhis ja -hindamine ning rohke osavõtt sellest saadavad avalikkusele sõnumi, et apteegid on usaldusväärsed ning suunatud kvaliteedi parandamisele ja pidevale arengule.
Võrreldes varasemate aastatega (2014, 2016, 2019), oleme vähendanud küsimuste osakaalu olulisel määral ning teinud need konkreetsemaks, mis teeb vastamise kiireks ja mugavaks. Osavõtt on apteegipõhine, sõltumata sellest, kas tegemist on põhi- või haruapteegiga. Vastamisele kulub ligikaudu 10 minutit.
Igal apteegil on võimalus osaleda ka lisahindamisel (kevad 2023. a), mis sarnaselt enesehindamisele on läbinud uuenduskuuri ning sel korral kaasatakse hindamisse ka apteegikülastajad. Lisahindamisel osalemine on eelduseks Apteegi Oskari taotlemisel.
